Primary Goals

1. Review land use issues and recommend to the CNC Board to either approve, disapprove, or take no action. The Board then advises our City Council member of the CNC recommendation.
2. Place special emphasis on the concerns indentified by voters:
   
   
   1. Housing density, land preservation and rural atmosphere
   2. Beautification Devonshire Corridor, preserving environment, parks
   3. Protection of horse-keeping
   4. Traffic congestion
   5. School crowding
   6. Preservation of historic sites
   7. Improvement of business climate, volume, economy
   8. Excessive noise
   9. Renter's rights
   10. Services for the elderly
   11. Improvement of infrastructure
