Critical Delivery Service
Mayor Garcetti’s Emergency Senior Meals Program Intake Form
This program is a temporary emergency home-delivery meal program created in response to the COVID-19 crisis of 2020. It is for residents of the City of Los Angeles who are 60 years of age or older, in need of food, and NOT participating in other meal or grocery delivery programs, such as Meals on Wheels. Applications are subject to verification by the City of Los Angeles and program partners. In order to receive meals, applicants will be asked if we can have permission to share their information with program partners to ensure accurate meal preparation and delivery.
