Dept. of Energy ETEC Revised Draft Programmatic Agreement Re: Santa Susana Field Laboratory Area IV

We are pleased to inform you that we have a revised draft Programmatic Agreement (PA) ready to share with the public.

PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICER REGARDING THE PROPOSED CLEANUP OF SANTA SUSANA FIELD LABORATORY AREA IV AND NORTHERN BUFFER ZONE, VENTURA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

DOE is hoping to move forward with execution of the PA this spring. To facilitate that process, we request that within 30 calendar days, (March 31, 2019) you provide any comments that you may have regarding the PA to Debbie Kramer at: Debbie.Kramer@emcbc.doe.gov.
