Mel Stewart
I’ve lived and worked in Chatsworth for over 10 years. I’m not a horse owner, but I am an animal lover. Seeing horses, chickens, parrots, flamingos as well as the mountains, ranches, and the open spaces that Chatsworth is known for makes me appreciate this area of Los Angeles. Chatsworth has less traffic and crime than many areas of LA. That’s definitely part of its’ charm. Certainly, there are challenges to our community. The Mason park campers, Aliso gas leak, sober-living facility issues are all issues we’ve been faced with here. Keeping Chatsworth a nice, quiet, and livable community is why I’m interesting in running for the board.
Respectfully,
Mel Stewart
