Michael Preis

Hello my name is Michael Preis and I LOVE CHATSWORTH! I was born and raised in this great city and continue to reside here with my wife and three young children.

It’s my desire to continue to make Chatsworth a place that people love to live, work and visit. As a member of the CNC Land Use Committee for the past four years, I have seen first-hand the importance of being involved.  I am seeking a third Board term to further my involvement in making Chatsworth the best environment for my children to grow up in.

Public service is nothing new to me, as I was honored in 2008 by the State of California and City of Los Angeles as “Volunteer of the Year” for my ongoing service to CSUN, my alma mater.
I am also a local Realtor specializing in home sales in Chatsworth for the past 14 years.
