Verification of Boarding a Horse in Chatsworth

This letter (download here) is for establishing stakeholdership as an equestrian for purposes of voting for the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council board in 2016. Preferred documentation is listed on the document “Chatsworth Needs You!”

This letter is primarily intended to be used by those who board at a non-commercial stable or who do not pay for boarding. The letter can be copied, circulated and/or shared with anyone who needs it. Voters need to bring the entire page with the form completely filled out.

We want equestrians to come vote. But it is important for all to remember that we have a new protocol this year that requires acceptable documentation from every voter.

Voting will be Saturday, March 19 from 11 am to 5 pm at the Chatsworth Train Depot.
